From Rubble to Ribs: Celebrate the Smokin’ Return of Sweet P’s Uptown Corner

 

The coals are lit! Join us on June 14th for an exclusive VIP dinner, marking the fiery return of Sweet P’s Uptown Corner at our newly rebuilt spot at 3029 Tazewell Pike.

 

Kick off the evening at 6 p.m. with bespoke drinks and fine company. Then, from 7 p.m., feast on a multi-course dinner featuring:

 

• House-made sausage, local cheese and pickle plate
• Chopped kale and charred Brussels sprout Caesar with cornbread croutons
• Shrimp and Shelton Farms grits
• Grilled steak served over smoked fingerling potatoes with charred ramp chimichurri and roasted asparagus
• Choice of coconut cake or lemon blueberry cake

 

Each course will be complemented by a carefully chosen pairing curated by Crafty Bastard Brewery and Knoxville Beverage Company.
